94 awd tsi talon 500.00

just closed a deal in on a tsi awd talon 1994 for 500.00 but the tranny is shot and not rebuildable. question is will a jdm 90-94 eclispe 5 speed turbo awd tranny bolt right up.please help me.

It will bolt right up but, if you use the 90 dsm motor and tranny you have to use the 90 shift cables because the cables are different.

If it's JDM, don't do it. There is virtually little difference between JDM transmissions and USDM transmissions other than the extra markup they'll charge you becuase they say it's JDM (especially when in reality it probably is USDM). Just find a good used 91-94 transmission and don't worry about whether it's JDM.
