93 Wiring Harness in a 91 Talon

My 93 is dead. The body is totalled, but EVERYTHING on the car mechanical is still good. Planning on buying a pretty decent 91 TSi AWD Shell to do a full rear end, drive line, and motor swap to include the ECU and potentially the wiring harness.

Now, I know since It's mostly identical and since everything else is coming from my car, the only REAL differences in the body are possibly the head lights, because they use a motor to pop up.

Anyone know if this 93 Wiring Harness/ECU will work in a 91, or will I need to source a 91 Wiring harness?

I do know the wires are different on the ecu. Like when you put a 91-94 ecu into a 90 you have to change two pinouts. Far as motor wise. The cam sensor, tps, and iac valve are different. On my swap I used My 7 bolt sensors on my 6 bolt. Everything besides that should be the same.

Okay. Just for clarification, let me rephrase, cause I want to be 100% sure.

The ECU, TPS, CAS, Wiring harness, Motor, EVERYTHING is coming out of my 93 and going into a 91.

The ONLY thing in this 91 shell is basically the dash console, two racing seats, a fuel cell and a roll cage. THAT'S IT.

I'm swapping the rear end, motor, trans, driveshaft, ECU,Wiring harness and all. I'm just curious if my wiring harness will work with the pop up head lights from a 91?

Also, if yes or no, is there any other things I should be concerned about where my 93 wiring harness would connect to something on the 91 frame... ie rear tail lights, etc.

Headlights are most likely different. I have had both cars. The rest of the harness should be the same.

'91 - '94 5spd wiring harnesses are the same.
