93 tsi ecu into 91 tsi

i have a 91 talon that wont start and i think it might be the ecu...i also have a 93 tsi that runs..could i plug the ecu off the 93 into the 91 to see if itll start

i awapped out ecu and wen i turn the key on .. the check engine light does not go on and the boost gauge doesnt move ...anybody got any thoughts

from what i have read all 91-94 are similar its 90 that is different

sometimes the clips can be different i heard

it was like that with either ecu

1st of all is the battery connected? if so then its bad.

the battery was new and the starter turns but there is no fuel or spark
