93 talon build questions!

so my 93 talon im building is getting a real face lift my main question is what is a safe power level and boost number for the motor ive built... heres what its got

-91 6 bolt turbo block,rods,pistons
-92 6 bolt NA Crankshaft
-ACL Main+Rod Bearings
-ARP Main,head studs
-ARP Rod Bolts
-New OEM piston Rings
-New OEM Mitsu timing belt
-Cometic MLS Headgasket
-Gasket Matched Head (intake and exhaust ports)
-Pacesetter Tubular Header
-Ebay 20G Turbo (Dont Laugh) i ported and gasket matched the heck out of the hot side
-Megan Racing 02 Housing w/ wastegate dump
-evo 560 injectors
-walbro 255 pump
-2g MAF
-2g Injen intake
-Greddy RS BOV (Vented to Atmosphere)
-Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel
-Act 2100 clutch
-ARP Flywheel/pressure plate bolts
-3in exhaust turbo back to N1 Muffler
-Big Front Mount w/ 2.5in piping
-eliminated 90% of the vacuum lines under the hood


Motor has Stock Cams, stock bore, AWD 5 speed
I know the tranny is the next week link but im gonna do that next season ### after everything ive bought im broke i just have money to have it tuned... what kind of boost can i get out of her safely?? i dont plan on launching it to much due to stock tranny however snow is coming and i like sliding i know ppl say 500+ on a stock 6 bolt bottom end but this is gonna be my daily and i was kinda hopin 430ish whp was safe but let me knoww o btw it will be tuned on 93 octane o take that into account!

I have a very similar build i am in the middle of right now! No ebay turbo tho :0! Let me know how you make out. But you should be able to make 400 safely on a stock motor! What kind of pistons are in it? If this is your daily driver and you don't have any more money i would not have the tune to aggressive!

stock 1g turbo pistons with new rings, i was sooooo close to using the NA pistons for the 9 to 1 compression but i heard horror stories about the ring lands.... ill be very happy with 400whp would i be able to break into high 11's with alot of suspension work ? idk what kind of power it takes to get one of these there

you think i could get away with making good power with the NA pistons? i like the sound of 9to1 comp but i dont wanna have to run wicked low boost
