93 laser rs dtc ?

hi,
i have a 93 laser rs 4g63 engine. my check engine light came on and off and on all the time. i was wondering if there is a way to get flash codes from the ecm?.. i reed in the menu that i can use a meter to at pin 12 an 1 of the dlc and get pluse signals. i dont have a meter so i cant do that. is there a way to get flash codes and is there a webpage to get the dtc? get back

The easiest and less hassling way I think is to just take it to a shop with the meter. -Just my opinion!-

Get a multimeter from Harbor Freight for $5 or less if on sale. It is a usefull tool to have around
