Does anyone know anything about rewiring the oem engine harness I want to trim as much as possible. What sensors do I have to keep please help.

For the ECU harness this are your options you can delete.

Auto-Cruise (Cruise Control)
Manifold Differential Pressure MDP sensor (keep this for aftermarket MAP)
Brake Fluid Level Switch
Fuel Pressure Solenoid (FPS) Valve
Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR)
Turbocharger WasteGate Solenoid Valve Boost Control Solenoid (BCS)
EVAP Emission Purge Control Solenoid Valve
Air Conditioning (A/C) Compressor
Fuel Pump Check Connector
Timing Check Connector
Tachometer Signal Connector (Delete But keep wires)
Rear 02 (keep white wire pin 75 for Wideband)

Ya I need to do those to I am going to relocate the fuse box under the dash.

Dual Pressure Switch (AC)
Hood Switch
dummy light
Oil pressure stock gauge (use aftermarket)
Left Fog Light
Right Fog Light
Alternator power wires
Alternator regulator connector (if you are gonna use a 1wire Alternation which requires only a power wire).
Left and Right Horns
A/C fan
Little A/C fuse box on passenger side
Wiper fluid level connector

What if I run dsm link could I delete more. My goal is to be around 650HP with a super shaved engine bay

Thats pretty much what you can delete, if you don't wanna run headlights side market and the middle light you can remove those, i don't see u doing that though.
