1G 92 ECU in 90

So I put my 92 ECU in my 90, and the tach works? I swapped the pins and went to start it and it worked.
I was planning to do the transistor swap and etc, but is there a reason to if the tach works?

If you're still using the 1990 tachometer, coil pack, and still have the nose filter in place, there's no reason it wouldn't work.
