is there a difference between the 2? i have a 93 4g63t head swap and i have nology wires that i got for cheap off a 92 4g63 n/t head. and needless to say, the boots arent deep enough to reach the top of the spark plug.

ok, well i pulled the wires off myself from this 92 n/t and they dont fit my 93 turbo head. any reasoning behind this?

If possible, please include some pictures. The plug wires should fit from one to the other. I've taken wires off a 2.0 n/t head and strapped them right onto a turbo 2.0 and they worked.

I am glad to know that the heads on the 1G dsm motors are the same but something about the cams bothers me a touch, I replaced the head and pistons on my 92 Eagle Talon TSi with a n/t head and pistons off of a 93 Eclipse GS. Motor was fine, had 50k miles on it but the car was totaled due to an impact on the passenger side. The reason for replacing the pistons and head on the talon was due to the balance shafts and their lovely way of freezing up and causing the timing belt to jump thus ruining the turbo head and pistons. I took the turbo block to the machine shop as well as the crankshaft and they said all was fine so I threw in the aforementioned parts. Had the n/t head machined as well and all went in fine. Now its just a question as to the clearance issues, and valve timing and the like...I just want some feedback that's either positive, negative or both...I don't care, I just want some feedback.
