91 TSi AWD $400

I have the opportunity to get a 91 Talon TSi AWD with a body/ interior that are in good shape and has everything under the hood for $400. It just doesn't run, but the engine block, transmission and everything else is good (that I know of). Assuming they are good,is this is a good buy? What should I do? I may fix this up as a second car and put all performance work into it instead of the car I have now. Thank you for your help in advance .

If you dont buy it tell me where it is and ill get it. I got mine for 650 cuz it didnt run....a 91 TSI as well. it had jumped timing and trashed the head which isnt to bad to fix. Id get it and hell i need one for a parts car

I picked up my 90 tsi fwd like that. It was all there, just not running for 300$.

I suppose I'll hold off on tires for my car and buy it then...... I can probably turn around and sell it for more later If I really need to.

I'd buy it just to see if I can fix it. If it can't be done then you'll probably make even more money parting it back out.
