91 talon running badly

Last nite i accelerated quickly from 60-130kph and after that my car started running badly. The brakes and power steering hardly work and the car feels like its stalling at 1500rpm. Rpm also skyrocket to 3500rpm upon startup. Any ideas?

Incorrect! The problem was a boost leak from the intake manifold. The leak caused the low idle and the poor breaking.
