ok so i finished my talon.... some what here's the problems
btw i bought this car and drove it for 5 min. before the trans fell apart literally, previous owner was a douche and if i could i would take the 16g turbo off the car and beat him with it....but i cant do that.

i am running a stock wastegate with no boost controller, previous owner had a boost controller on it but i took it off.

1. when shifting into gears they grind unless i pump the clutch a few times clutch pedal feels really soft, i had the pedal assembly welded so i know its good, and the slave and master were replaced any ideas?

2. previous owner wired the maf translator but didnt wire the white wire which i believe is the crank angle sensor, does it have to run to ecu or is their some where else i can wire this? FIXED THS

3. when i start the car it runs but bogs and sometimes dies, would this be the cause of the white wire not being wired?
it doesnt bog anymore idles fine but it ends up dying on me, i set the translator to a 3.5' maf and base to 2, still getting too much fuel and ends up up dying on me any ideas?

4. i installed a ssqv bov and i put my hand by the front of it and i can feel air coming out, is this normal?
FIXED THIS
i just want to kind of enjoy the car for longer then 5 min.... its been sitting in the garage for the last 3 weeks.

I run my maft without the white wire. It's for rpm break points and only used if the dip switch for rpm mode is in the on position. Full throttle's website has instructions on setting up the maft.
Your clutch issue could be ...needs bleeding, or as said before, faulty slave or master cylinders. Also have a helper push the clutch, with the car off, and check to make sure the slave cylinder is actually moving its full range.. the bogging and dieing could be that the maft isn't setup right. Biss improperly set, bad isc. Hope this helps you out

how do you set it up... all their is a black box and wires, its all wired up correctly with the exception of the white wire and the guy duct taped the box all around, which someone said i should run to the 2nd black wire on the dizzy?

anyone have a walkthrough for installing and setting it up, i found it on the fullthrottle website but i cant download it or look at the pdf...
