91 Fuel pump swap - Help!

Well, I finally after having my walbro 255hp pump for about 6 months decided to try installing it today. I got it installed ok I thought, and wired up. I then used the logger software to engage the fuel pump... What I heard was it pump for about 1 second followed by a "CLUNK"! It now doesn't seem to have any fuel pressure, nor does it turn on anymore. I've checked the fuse in my re-wired relay and everything is fine.

Any ideas? Did my brand new walbro motor just seize? Are we supposed to have lubed it or something?

Could a flow restriction cause this?

The fuel itself is what lubes the pump so that should be fine. I'd test to make sure its getting power back there and if that checks out pull the pump back out and see whats up...
