91-94 ecu in a 90 pinout 14-6 needs to be switched is that right?

90 ecu took a crap and i have 4 91-94 ecu so i looked and it is 14 and 6 that needs to be be switched is that correct and is this the coorect pinout for a 91-94 ecu in a 90?

yea thats correct... I know that there's an issue with the rpms/speedo not reading right on a 90 car using a 91 ecu. but to fix it you just re-wire a 91 coilpack into the car.

where does the wire get soldered to where is the diagram that shows which wire gets soldered to which wire?

That way is free. Just find a '91-up transistor and plug and follow the directions.

Ok thasnks for the help but i have a problem none of the wires colors match up and the diagram does not specify what side of the harness that i can find these on.

Hey SB, this was a while ago, but if you are still having problems with wire colors and diagrams, I have some info that might help. Let me know. I've got a '90 and I just replaced all three of the plugs at the ecu end of the main harness - they were messed up by previous owner.
