So I was gonna put this B&M oil cooler with braided lines on my galant, but the lines aren't long enough and they would have to route around a lot of stuff to get to where it would have to sit. Is it possible to just put bolts in the oil filter housing holes or should I loop them together? Will this cause any overheating issues? Thanks!

Would this affect anything on the car if say I have a Garrett that is only oil fed/cooled without coolant? Could I mount this on the back side of my AC condenser in front of the exhaust manifold? I will be running an all aluminum civic half sized radiator.

Mount it in on the driver side of the intercooler under the headlight.

This is in a galant vr4. I was looking I could probably fit it behind the driver's side head light if I were to make some sort of a bracket, or on the top of the engine-side of the AC condenser.

If its to close to the exhaust manifold it could cause more harm than good like running your oil through a heater. I got rid of mine on my 1G and did the forward facing oil filter to get more room for the downpipe.

How is that working for you? What type of turbo are you running? I live in Las Vegas so it will be rather warm during the summer months. I will be running a 170* thermostat, and I have a t3/t4 oil cooled turbo. The car will not be raced or anything like that, but I want it to be reliable and to withstand some spirited driving. I would also like to take it on trips without compromising reliability. Thanks!
