Ok i will run you through what i went through today. I got up and went to work. Car ran fine. Went to start it to go to lunch, NOTHING. The starter didnt click, engine did not turn over. What was wierd, when i put the key to the on position, i heard the fuel pump (which on a 90 gsx you dont) and i heard my injectors spraying fuel.....also under the drivers side part of the dash i heard a strange buzzer i have NEVER heard before. I tried disconnecting the clutch safety switch thing on the clutch pedal, and still nothing. I checked the obvious stuff like oil and i also look at the NEW timing belt. All looked fine. I spun the motor over with a half in drive ratchet. After all that i roll started the car, it ran like CRAP for about 5 seconds and took off. Drove it to town like 10 min away, just made sure i didnt shut it off. Got back, and shut the car off. It started up on its own like 4-5 times. Then it would not start again, doing the exact same thing. After work i had to roll start it yet again. Once its running it seems to run just fine. Any ideas as to what this can be? Before it acted up i could not heard the pump like i do now, nor the buzzer or injectors spraying fuel while the motor is not running! Any help would be great. Thanks

Well i pulled it, it looks ok. A buddies of mine his just went bad in his and it was obvious that a capacitor was leaking. Mine doesnt look like his at all. It is a reman. Its has a bit of rusty lookin stuff near the center capacitor. I have a buddy that has a 90 TSI, im gonna try his computer. Any other things i could check?

Starter and wires are fine. The ground being off wouldnt cause the pump and injectors to behave the way they are, i do know that. Start was the first thing i check. I should have said that in the post, im sorry. ;)

Well i heard the fuel rushing into the rail, i could also feel it rushing in via the fuel line. The injectors didnt click that i heard but it sounded like they were just spraying wide open. I grabbed one and spun it around and the sound did change, so im relativaly sure it was them. But i could be mistaken. But there is no doubt about the pump running. Im gonna get my buddies ecu today and try it.
