Some cheap testers read low also. That would explain the lower numbers, and the fact that they are the same.

hmm 150 is really low. How did you break in the motor? My engine was 190 with 280 cams. You should be close to 200 with your setup.

I'm willing to bet you're fine. Do a leak down test. Compression numbers don't mean much of anything. A large difference in numbers wold indicate a problem, that a leak down test could pinpoint.
