Need help deciding if i should go with 750cc or 1000cc injectors. plan on doing 25lbs. on a 16g and e85

You're going to want to go with a 1450cc or something along those lines for safety. PM me if you need pricing on FIC injectors. I can get you a good deal locally for new ones.

It is always safer to go better. It is bad news when you run out of fuel. I would go with what 95blackGsturbo said and get some 1450's

You really cant go wrong going bigger and it leaves room for upgrade in the future

Will he have problems with his idle going with 1450's if he runs gas occassionaly? I was once told that I would have idle problems with 1000's on gas because the injector was so large that it couldn't open and close quick enough at idle speed and would run very rich or even flood.

No problem that can't be fixed pretty quickly with a good ems (even DSMLink). Worst case you move the fuel pressure down to 35 psi (base) and add some dead time to get them to idle nicely. Now part throttle missing and such, you might need a driver box or the FIC EZTune box.
