this is crazy, check it out it says 700hp but then it says good for 700hp, it must be a beast if it isnt a hoax he has good feedback and his name is like 97eclipsegsturbo or somthing so it sounds legit, wonder how much HP this beast would make doesnt say if turbo is included or not, you HAVE TO check this out

Na that aint no 700HP beast...suposably capable of 700HP. Sounds like the turbo is included but you would have to get the TB, and turbo EM. Also this maybe a dumb statement so correcxt me if Im wrong but 2.5L Eclipse 420A? I know of 1.8L n/t's, 2.0L n/t's, obviously 2.0 turboed 4G63s, destroker 2.1Ls, 2.3L strokers and 2.4L strokers, but never a 2.5L. Also this is just for the engine right? Also just a little info for me, is that how the 420As UICP goes? Opposite if the 4G63s when stock?
EDIT*** It doesnt sound as thought the EM, Im and turbo are included with this engine along with the clutch. Have to buy them all seperatly, little shady on the details. Hmmmm...?

This guy is actually one of my friends...his car is 100% legit. He's one of the OG's from 2gnt.com. The 2.5L is accurate...I watched him build this up from the ground. If he had finished the project, the car would've put down some damn good numbers.

fourreGsixty3, the engine is a 2.4L found in other 420A cars (Stratus, etc.). It was probably stroked to get that additional 0.1L.
Also, the 420A Eclipses have their engines mounted exactly opposite to the 4G63 Eclipses - so yes, the IC piping is also opposite.

All you guys that don't know this guy, shut up. This engine is 100% legit. He is on 2gnt, and YES this is a 2.5L engine. He did a 2.4 swap and had it stroked or whatever for extra displacement. Duh, the 420a is a 2.0, but many are doing 2.4 swaps these days, so ease off. Don't hate!

definetly legit, you could probably find info on this engine from start to finish if you search 2gnt. And yes in its current state it does not produce 700hp, but is built to handle it. I'm actually considering finding a way to get this engine since I'm local but 4k is a lot of dough to come up with.

yeah id like to see it in motion, im sure its capable of the 700whp with the right tranny to support that much power, a HUGE turbo and FMIC fuel and tuning, anyone know what size injectors he was running? any other details or a link on 2gnt to this monster buildup more detailed?

amen brother, you know everyone of us would buy it if we had the funds, i know i would, id have to sell this mustang which im sellin for my stage 2 turbo and alot of other stuff, then id need engine management turbo dp, tb, fuel,tranny,axles etc etc etc

Hello, This is my motor you are all talking of. My name is Extreme97nt on 2gnt.com. The motor is the long block only. No Ex. Manifold ot turbo. I have alot of money, time, and heart into this motor. I had teh car running and practically finished but my dad was hounding me about keeping it in the gerage and my prioritys have changed. Looking to buy a Home. I have been parting my car out for a while now. Still have some stuff left. I listed teh clutch on there to save money hopeing to sell it. I have some where around 5500-6000 invested in the motor plus another 1000 for the clutch. Also NO SHIT the motor wount make 700HP N/A the internals put in this motor are good for 700hp before you have to worry about it. This setup )bottom end) is almost identical to what Mike Crawford is runnign in his Drag SRT-4 (atleast that what I was told by forwardmotioninc.com ) Well if anyone is interested in the motor Please let me know. It is a steal of a deal.
