Hello, i finally gave up on finding a nice bronze 7.5" wheel to fit my car so i decided to go with 17x7 5zigen fn01r-c bronze wheels. my question is, are 7"s bad? is there any noticeable benefits of having a 7.5" rather than 7". how does cornering differ, and traction?

Get the FN01R-C in the 8" variety...you won't be disappointed.

I just got the 17x8 5zigen typhoons and on a 225 tire the rim is flush with the rubber.

i personally love the fact that my rubber peeks over my rim... no curbage yet because of it, and believe me, i've rubbed

17 x 7 exel mimi's w. 235/45

anyway, I'd definately vote 8" also if you can get your hands on it because that = bigger tires. if not 7" are fine too i haven't noticed a difference

well given the circumstances and the fact that tires.com did not carry the 8"s in bronze (they had aluminum and black) i decided to go with the 7". however, my previous rims were OZ corsas that were 7.5" or 8" (on the car when i got it) and i noticed substantial rubbing on the inner protector for my transfer case and on the other side as well.. oh well i know i wont be disapointed
