First off you need some help not me, to quote above.

The 2G head on the 6bolt bottom end has been done lots of times and works very good. There is little to be done to complete such a swap and this has been discussed many times before on the boards. Its a common upgrade 6bolt bottom end 2G head using a 6bolt CAS. Just rewire the CAS Trim the engine mount and go from there.

ya sounds good but should i just buy a whole jdm motor and just use the bottom end or have a shop just build a buttom end for me and go from there

Find out whats cheaper, Built or rebuilt bottom end or jdm motor. jdm motor is more risky because you dont really know the shape the motor is in. I am actually in the process of doing a jdm 6-bolt swap because it was cheaper ($1300 for motor) then having the 7-bolt rebuilt.
