60mm gauge pod [Merged 8-8]

I vote for B

That is what i have in my car. I have an autometer boost gauge (52) on the top and a Greddy EGT (60) on the bottom. The dremmel took care of the EGT and it looks great becasue the lip on the greddy covers the ruff edges. Also used some sand paper to smooth it out.

:talon: Which site had the tri-guage pods? they were like really cheap. And I have a 1g so I need the special one.

I bought the Autometer dual pod and actually widened the openings by carving the plastic away with a sharp knife. A dremel might tear the plastic away uncontrollably if you're not careful.

Ive got a 1st gen tallon, and like 600 dollars in 60mm gages, but NOTHING will hold them!

anyone know where i can find an Apillar with 2-3 pods for 60mm gages? even the vent delete with 60mm size would work.. I just want to be able to use these badboys

I tryed this before, 8mm is actualy a LOT of material, the two pilars that i tryed to bore out i ####ed up and they cracked open :(

in general they dont come with enough material to bore out :(

my trys were fiberglass... LOL maybe i'll bust out the dremmel and give this a shot ;)

thanks

Does anyone make a single gauge pod that will hold a 60mm gauge? If so who is it? If not, which is the best one for a 52mm gauge that can be trimmed to fit a 60mm gauge?

thanks

I have the Greddy 60mm boost gauge but now I need to find a 60mm pod. Any company make one for 2g car? I search around but all I see is 52mm pod.

thanks

I went the 60mm triple route with a lotek pod. It looks great, and fuel pressure is a smart thing to have next to your boost gauge anyways. In some ways fuel pressure is more important than EGT, which is of dubious value as a tuning tool.

The lotek did require slight dremel work on my part to make the Greddy 60mm gauges fit perfectly.

boost,vaccume/egt/fuel pressure, thats a good combo to start off with i would say, i cant afford my Fuel pressure gauge yet..

Look at the lotek gauge pods on that website, they have 60 mm pods. Also, is ur greddy gauge in bar or psi? Im tryin to find one by greddy in psi, but cant.

Nate

When I got mine from lo-tek (last year) they were for 52mm. but with a little work with the trusty dremel, its holding my 60 mm Greddy pods with no problem.
