60k Service?

Well I'm actually at around my 63k mark and I'm wondering if you guys do the 60k maintence yourself or if you take it to the shop. Thing is I already have my new plugs and wires and I can get my timing belt done for around $75-80. So should I do it all my self or still hand it over to the shop?

I would have done that insp prob 8k miles ago to be on the safe side, especially with the timing belt. If you feel you have the confidence to do it yourself then go ahead. I'd take it to a shop cause if they screw it up, they gotta repair it.

Thing is that I'm getting the timing belt done by someone that knows what they are doing....everything else is pretty simple.

I agree. If you don't know how, watch what they do like a hawk.
