6 bolt swapped

i just did a search on this because i havent been able to get my car to run right ever since i got it back from the shop and found out a few things that i need a little explaining after i searched. i believe the shop that did my6 bolt swap to my 2g head (99 gsx) put a 90 cas in the car. now is this right or do you need a 92-94 cas as i read while searching around??? the car is misfiring like crazy and the timing is way off. if that is true, how do i fix this problem. i can tune with greddy emanage ultimate and log everything so i know what is going on. that is how i know the timing is way off. thanks for the help.

Also, as basic as it sounds, check to make sure that your connections are solid.

Some of that information should help if not look at RRE's webpage under the tech info and check how to fix it. Also magnus used to have a good walkthrough on how to fix it but I've lost the link.

I had the same problem as you but I did the pot mod to fix it.
