6 bolt swap

Im not sure where to post. I got a hold of a complete 6-bolt with both manifolds, turbo, and full longblock. I would like to put it into my 95 N/T but need a computer, and IC piping and all other goodies. The engine comes with mounts, so im just wondering if there is anything else that I will need, or should be worried about when doing the swap. thanks for the help guys. take it easy.

Have you done any research on this subject? There are numerous posts on this and it isn't worth it. You can buy a turbo model for less money than it would cost you to get that stuff in there. Here's a tip ... park your car next to a 2g gst or gsx. Then pop both hoods and look at each engine bay carefully. If you don't notice the motors and trannys are on opposite sides then there's a problem.

Oh ... and those mounts that your engine comes with you can put right on ebay. You need custom mounts made to bolt a turbo motor into a non turbo 2g.

thanks for the help guys. I found the motor and whatnot and I got all routy. Im a nub anyways ill just buy a 2g gst. later.
