Hey guys
I have a 95 Gsx, just built a 6bolt to throw in and I'm about to prime the motor and throw the t-belt on but have a question. Ive followed the Magnus how too but did not see anything about this in it. I reused my balance shaft gear and t-belt gear on the crank. Do i need the timing plate or just used the timing mark on the balance shaft too time the motor to put the t-belt on? Thanks for help.

You need the one on the cams to line up, and the crank notch facing the arrow on the fornt cover if you removed the balance shafts dont' worry about those. If that answers your question or if you reused it from te 7 bolt I wouldn't know take it back off and use the one that came wit the 6 bolt and don't risk it or you'll be taking it right back out. but the plate in between the to sprocketes you do need. It has the notch that tells you where you need to line it up to the front case.
