6-21 Photo Shoot - Whipple Dam State Park

I finally got around to washing and waxing the car for the first time in months. It really needed it. Since it was such a nice day and I had the day off, I took a drive out to the local state park and did a little photo shoot. Here are some of the better shots. No photo manipulation except to blur the license plate.

Looks nice! #4 from the bottom is my favorite, the vertical close up with the tall trees. Also the last one in your comment, from the back looking at the road.

I like finding old dirt roads and such to take pics. I actually went on the train tracks near my house and took a few.

I had only driven about a quarter mile down that gravel road, so the dust on the car wasn't too bad, but I kept driving down the road because I thought it was only a mile long. It was actually 10 miles. The car was completely covered in dust less than 15 min after these pictures were taken.

The good news is that it rained today, and since the wax was so fresh, the car is squeaky clean again.

I like #11 and #14. Just like the way you positioned it by the lake. They all look good tho man! Great job, just sucks that everytime you take the time to clean it, only takes one road to mess it all up! I currently don't need to worry bout that since mines is primer! Hopefully not for much longer tho!!!

I need to get a better camera though. Mine is a old (like 8 year old) 4.1MP camera. The photos look good shrunk down to 700px, but as my desktop background at 1680px, it loses detail.

I'll have some really good photos this fall. My room mate is a photojournalism major.

i was thinking the same but you can only see them from the side. Also if i lived in PA i might just have them for purpose.

I've been trying to figure out what to do fog light wise. The weather is always so crappy in PA that I really like having them. They're great for seeing through the snow.
