I bought an inner tie rod/tie rod end combo from a vendor on ebay (bestsuspension) after receiving it, I noticed it didn't fit.

When I double checked the auction I saw that the ad was for a 1999-94, I thought it said 1990-94. I emailed the vendor and they said they would exchange it for me. After they got return part(s), the said "Please send $20 to our paypal account to complete the exchange" I was PISSED. I already paid $28 for the part(s) Another $10 to ship it back and now they want $20 more. So I end up paying almost $60 for a $20 part?!? I said no, you get no more money. Send me the parts or I will get my money back.

No need to. After pushing back and threatening to file a dispute for the kit (which included the correct tie-rod ends). The agreed to send the part back at no charge.
