4G64 to 4G63T?

This might be a dumb question, but after reading all the 420A to 4G63T threads it got me thinking. The main reason 420A to 4G63T isn't done is because the engines are so different. But the 4G64 and 4G63T aren't quite as different. How difficult would it be to do? And has anyone done/seen it?
