Hey guys I miss placed one of my transmission bolt. I could order it but that would take a day or two from the dealer. Anyways there are a ton of 4g64 galants in the local junk yard. I was wondering if the bolt would be the same. Even if they were for an automatic car. There is also a 1.8 5 speed laser. Any chance these would work?

If the Galant is a '93-'98, they should all work so long as you use them where they are supposed to go. Looking at the bellhousing/block from the passenger side, the bolt farthest to the right (front of the car) is the longest at 65mm, the next one counterclockwise is 43.5mm, and the last one is 40mm. The Laser's are the same as well.

Wouldn't chance what, exactly? They are the same part numbers and are in the same locations on all three cars mentioned. It is important to have the correct lengths in the correct locations which is why I noted those above.
