(4G63 - Turbo OBD2/4G63 - Cyclone Turbo Engine only) what best suits a 98 eclipse gs

i have a 420a motor on a 98 eclipse Ive bought it with the motor out and i have a little bit of money to spend. i have found these two motors 4G63 - Cyclone Turbo ( 4G63 - Cyclone Turbo Engine only - $1,200.00 : Osaka JDM Engines, Imported JDM Engines ) and 4G63 - Turbo OBD2 ( 4G63 - Turbo OBD2 95+ (Engine Only) - $999.00 : Osaka JDM Engines, Imported JDM Engines ) i want to know if either one of these motors will fit and what one will be best suited. thank you

You will not be able to fit a 4g63 without extensive modification, way moe than its worth. You would be better off going with one out of an evo 8. At least that one would be sitting the right way(although its still a lot of work

Wow... might wanna do some research before throwing $1000 bucks on a motor that wont fit. IMO find a 420a 2.0 block to stick back in there. If your looking for a chalange google 420a to 2.4L swap. This uses the 2.4L 420a found in the cloud cars and pt cruisers NOT THE SPIDER. Good luck man.
