1G 4G63 engine questions

I have a very nice original 1990 Talon TSi 127k miles. The engine is in great shape, no noises, new cam belt, 550 injectors, EVO III turbo. No smoking issues, no oil burning.
But the warm compression test 120 130 120 115 psi, this is on the very low side of useable.

Should I replace head gasket, head studs, valve guides, valve seals?
The head has never been off.

You may want to check it with a different compression tester. All those seem low for an engine that runs well.

Why did you test compression?

If they actually are that low to really determine what you need you would need to do a leakdown test. Just based off my experience my guess would be the valves are not sealing as well as they should.
