1G 4g37 1.8L Valve cover bolt torque?

What is the valve cover bolt torque on my 4g37 1.8?? I need this ASAP

Well i don't know the torque spec but i usually hand tighten then with the smallest ratchet i have. I'm guessing 10-15 foot pound not that much

Valve cover? I wouldn't do any more then finger tight. The crankcase pressure will help seal it also. Just tighten down as hard as possible with you hands, and thats it.

dont do this you will strip the head. simply tighten them until tight. 10 -15 pounds sounds about right.

I actually remember its like 3-5 lbs
Also I think there may be a sequence but just use common sense and you will be fine.

No guessing please. Either know the answer, look it up, or don't post.

The FSM says the two 1.8L 4g37 rocket cover bolts should be torqued to 4-5 ft lbs.
