420a turbo??

I am looking into getting a 98 420a eclipse soon is this worth the buy or am I in over the head I’ve been doing the research about the tune but not sure I will need one with only 5 psi. What do y’all think

Yeah me too because I don't trust that it would be working for too much longer without being tuned even at 5 pounds. I don't trust it either man.
