420a Turbo Info Please

Okay, I have a 96 Eclipse. 420a motor in it. I'm wanting to know pretty much everything I need to do in order to turbo it. It has 160k on it. I know I'll need a block, forged pistons and rods. What would come afterwards? I've read things about fuel injectors, and a fuel pump.... Would I need a ROM flash as well? I'm not sure so I was just wondering. Also, whats a good site to buy a turbo kit from. I'm looking for about 300-350hp. If anyone can help, it'll be appreciated.

He gave info, and then reported the thread; doing the proper thing. We don't need more of these junk threads, anyone with google and a double digit iq could've found what he posted.

No "Use the Search" replies - answer the question, link to the answer, or don't reply. It's okay to suggest to the user how to find the answer next time so long as you answer the question or link to the answer at the same time.


No insults, smart ass replies, or elitist attitudes. Do not act like a moderator and remind others of our rules, or nitpick when a member makes a grammatical mistake or asks a repetitive question. Report the post and move on.

This guy just asked a simple question if you dont like than dont post anything.thats all im saying. Theres no reason to imply that the guy is an idiot. Where does it say its ok to be a dick? Im not trying to be a moderator. My whole point to this is that you didnt have to be a smart a@$ about it. the guy had a legitimate question thats what this forum is for...guys that love these cars and want to learn more about them.

And he still should have taken the time to search instead of starting this thread within minutes of registering. The past 10 years worth of information isn't archived here for nothing. We're here to help, not spoon feed. Participation here requires effort from both sides.
