so i drove the car 30 min away to the mall, and then drove 30 min back but stopped at dunkin and when i went to start the car it would turn over but it wasn't starting,it took me 3min to start it. i replaced the spark plugs with bkr7es11...all though the car hasn't been running right for the past 2 weeks, there is no vacuum leaks, any clue?
secondly - and when i hit the brakes the idol dies down a lot and wants to die also any clue?

my profile is updated most recent stuff

Sounds like iac issue... Your breaks require vacuum, so when you press your breaks if your iac does not allow enough air it will start siphoning air away from the motor that it needs to idle correct.

Mine had starting issue until I fixed it. I had to hold throttle open a little to start.

so you think that might fix both my problems?

Actually sounds like it could be a bad brake booster. Do you hear a hissing noise like a vacuum leak when you press the brakes?

not that i know of, i will check tomorrow when i put the tb back in the car, i pulled it and the iac was really dirty so i cleaned it and just waiting on a new tb gasket

so with the car off and tapping the brakes, there is a clicking noise from the thing that is right on the cruise control box, is it supposed to click when i hit the brakes?

i don't have cruise control, i pulled it out, the line off the booster and all the vac lines are connected, the car drives perfect and no codes pull up.Someone suggested in the 4g63 thread that timing might be off, if it was off 1 tooth would it cause the car to die while brakes are engaged? thats the only time it dies is when the brakes are pushed in

So I'm pretty sure i resolved the issue, one of the wires going to my o2 sensor was touching metal and i think it was messing with signals, i taped that up. pulled the tb, cleaned everything. Now the car runs fine and haven't had a problem with it, knock on wood.
