2G 420A ECU Removal... Location??

I have a 95 N/T. I know on the 4g63 the ecu on the drivers side underthe dash but on the 420a its in the hood next to the fuse box. I see two grey covers next to eachother. am not sure how to remove it and open it. I searched the forum and can't find anything.

I found one on ebay for $130

Doing some reading I noticed on the 95 N/T ECU are notorious for failing..
