brining back the dead....

god i feel so dumb looking at my post from 3 years ago . alright with my 1g awd with 5mm wheel spacers these wheels fit just fine with the sportline springs. the tire size was 225/50/16. i never got around to getting wider. i did have HUGE issues with snapping the stock wheel studs with stock ones. i HIGHLY recomend getting extended studs forsure.

anyways, now i have a 2g and want to install these same rims. im thinking i will need 15mm wheel spacers, and extended studs and a min to run these wheels but i am not 100% sure. also what tire size would you guys recomend?

Those wheels look great on a 1G. Think I might try and find some used rx-7 wheels.

They look awesome forsure. does anyone have a clue on what is needed to run these wheels on a 2g????? i need to know whats the widest tire with a drop and spacers required.

i have these on my 2g...i used 5mm spacers, and got new lugs. (stock DSM lugs are flat washer, and dont bite as well on the rim,so i got lighter lugsto grip more thread with the spacers...)

ive got 225/50/16 and thats about max you can go on stock suspension.
