3inch o2 eliminating downpipe

I was wondering who still sells one of these I've searched here and googled it and couldn't find anything. If noone still sells one would i be able to just get a dsm o2 flange, cut out the divider and smooth it out and have a pipe fabbed up to it?

I'm looking for one that doesn't have that seperater in it (between the o2 and exhaust port). I guess i should have stated that. do you think i could cut that out of either of those? i would i be looking at having to have some fab work done?
 
when you say o2 eliminator dp do you mean instead of having the piece between the dp and the turbo, the dp will connect right to the compressor housing or what? im just curious

Why do you want an o2 housing that has the divider wall eliminated? Every see 2 busy highway lanes and merge into one?
 
do they not merge anyway...Only real reason i want it like that is because i want the o2 housing to be true 3 inches not 2.5 not 2.75. It was just seeming to me that there isn't one out there because the port on the flange of the o2 housing isn't that big so i was thinking..grind away at it till it was 3 inches *shrug*

If your goal is simply to have a full 3” connection at the turbo outlet you can weld a 3” pipe to a flange and stick an O2 bung on it some convenient place.

There is no such part on the performance aftermarket because people with performance goals want the lowest possible back pressure at the turbo outlet.

For the lowest back pressure the ports from the turbine outlet and the bypass outlet should be matched exactly by the chambers in the O2 housing. Then those two chambers should be connected smoothly without creating more turbulence and that chamber increased in diameter gradually and smoothly to match the 3” downpipe. Note that this is the way aftermarket O2 housings are made. This is a much more difficult process than just welding on a 3” pipe but worth the effort in faster spool up.

I guess I'll settle for the ssac or one of the vband units...

Yes, as the name implies, an O2 eliminating DP does away with the O2 sensor housing altogether. The turbo end of the DP is flanged to bolt up directly to the turbine housing. If you look at the link that GVR4592 gave above, try to visualize that first item except extending down further to standard DP length and shape.
 
ok i have searched and no such luck! I would like to see a pic of a o2 iliminating downpipe? Does anyone have any pics?
 
If you are still looking for a downpipe with nothing but 3 inch pipe than check this one out. It eliminates the o2 housing and is 3 inch with no neckdowns.

I had a true 3" o2 eliminator exhaust on my old eclipse. I got it from Rnr Racing and I see they no longer have a website, which is probably a good thing because that thing was a POS. I ordered it and it took them like 10 weeks for my to get it. Thats beside the point but after I got it on, it was so big the oil filter couldn't come off with it on. Fun stuff. Sure you can get oil filter relocation kits and I've heard that an oil filter off an evo might work but all in all I did not like it. An o2 and downpipe is much easier.
