Malvern,
Hi, one of my windshield washer squirters fell off of my car. I went to a junkyard and tried to take an old one off of a hood but i couldn't get it off. I was wondering if a dealership or some other type of place sells factory or aftermarket ones. Any help would be appriciated thanks.

LOL Just replace the missing one with an LED nozzle, and leave the other one stock. Ghetto fabulous.

:thumbdown

Go back to the junkyard, look at the hole on your hood, you have to twist them 90*, and then pop them out, it's a PITA to get them out with snapping off one of the plastic peices, I broke the first one I tried to get out, but once I figured it out, the second one came off nicely.

Just curious, does anybody elses leak down your hood and leave white streaks as they dry? This really sucks and if you have and idea on why mine are doing it or how to fix it I would apprieciate it. Thanks in advance, Keith. :dsm:

The connection is probably a little loose, or you may have somehow damaged the squirter holes while washing the car or something.

There was a dealer TSB on this problem way back in '96. There's a check valve that can be installed and maybe new squirters. You could probably find the details on the original www.dsm.org site but I think the digest search tool is broken. Find someone with a DSMBMCD as it also has the entire old dsm.org digest.

If theyre broken thats a plus for you. Hit up pep boys and get some street glow ones with the color that matches your car. i heard theyre dyno proven so its a win win

You guys are to funny! I allready tried that but I had to take them back off because I couldn't get any traction until the end of 5th gear!! It was sweeeeet!!!!!

I remember reading somewhere, that 2g's could use the 3g windshield wiper nozzles, which spray the entire windshield in the fan pattern, rather than our stupid thick 2-stream pattern.

Anyone remember the part #'s?
I'm not sure if it was year specific or not, so I don't want to get the wrong ones.
I know they work, because I bought them for my old Talon, I miss them!

yesssss! thanks!
How come this never came up in a search?
I must have used about 10 different configurations of "3g* / washer nozzles / windshield nozzle" etc... blah.

Oh well :D

its cause its not for the 3g

the tech artical notes that these are different from most sqirters and similar to ours.

something about a 90* angle?
