3800 rpm idle??????

i just got done putting dsmlink with 1000 cc injectors, wideband, . i start the car and at first it will stay running unless i "pepper" the gas pedal,then all of a sudden it will idle at 3700 and stay there. ill shut it off and start it again then the idle shhots to 3700 and stays there..

what could this be ?????????? please help

check for boost leaks, also your throttle cable may be too tight, maybe something stuck in the TB.

i checked the throttle cable, and the throttle body for obstrutions.... none

WTF pressurize the charge pipes/ic form the turbo compressor inlet with compressed air. the car does not need to run.

Check your accelerator cable.

Mine was idling at 3000rpm and my FIAV was bad. Does the idle decrease when it warms up?

no the idle does not drop to normal when it warms up
i took the 1000cc injectors out and put stock back in and it does the same thing ...... as soon as i start it, it will stay low then 5sec after starting it jumps to 37-4800 rpms and stays there
i checked the throttle cable, maf plug, boost leaks, and vacuum to no avail

Have you checked the vacuum lines. If the one to the brake booster is loose or off it will give idle fits.

Your TPS may be out of adjustment, for sure I would check the throttle cable. I bet its your throttle cable. Look at that.

Try to adjust it in BISS mode. My idle is frantic as well, sometimes it's 15-1800 and sometimes it's 600. I just let it be and will start replacing my TB stuff when I can.
