3000gt visors on my 1g?

So at the yard today I came across a couple of 3000gt n/a cars. I noticed alot of eclipse parts on the car as well as the sun visors. the sunvisors have the same design but the have an extra section that fits right over half of the rearview mirror each. meaning with both down the whole top section of windsheil would be block. i really dig this idea. Does anyone know if they will fit into a 1g withoput hitting eachother from being from a wider car. i think the windsheild is wider but i couold be wrong. i didnt pull them to check because they both where the wrong colors.

i would think the 3000gts are a little wider then 1gs. They do have interchangable parts with 2gs, ive took some off before. But our top of the windshields are narrower then the 3000s, Also, wouldnt the rear view get in the way somehow. Good idea if it will work. Im always down for another mod. Wrong colors from your interior??
