Resolved 3 to 4 bolt rear end swap

How hard would this be . Im going to be buying a 91 awd and a shell 92 . How hard is it to transer over the rear ends ? And how much hp can the 3 bolt rear hold ? Will I have any issues getting into the 12's. Im new to the drivetrain area of dsm's
