3" T.Body on 2.5" Piping???

Few days ago I done some custom 2.5" IC piping into my Elantra, also picked up a 1G Magnus intake manifold to go along with my set-up.
With this set-up I went with a NT throttle body.

Just wanted to know is if I upgrade to a 3" Performance Throttle body but still keep the 2.5 IC piping, well I see a improvemnet in airflow?

I really cant go with a 3" IC piping because of space in engine bay.

You'll see more airflow across the low-midrange throttle openings because a big TB lets in more air at any given angle than a small TB. That will give you the feel of better throttle response and make the car seem quicker. But overall and at WOT, I seriously doubt it. The TB probably isn't the restricing point. If you see any power gain it will probably be because the current mismatch between the SMIM inlet size and the N/T TB you're using. Most of its good (or bad if you don't like a touchy gas pedal) effects will be more drivablity related.
