2nd and reverse grinding hard

I've had this problem for a while now... when im shifting into 2nd gear i have to shift really slow in order for it not to grind... and when im shifting into reverse it grinds horribly unless i slam it into reverse..... (hence i can not shift fast or no racing) it feels like i have to press the clutch pedal alll the way to the floor in order for it to engage. i did not too long ago have my clutch master cylinder replaced and im sure they bled the clutch ### i dont know how to do that.

hopefullly i can fix this simply by adjusting something down there ### i really hope its not my synchros going out!! Thanks

really sound like your synchros sorry. You might want to try gm syncromesh gear fluid also. it seems to make them grind less depending on how bad the syncros already are.

Normally its best to change the master and the slave at the same time. Try searching for directions on bleeding it. Im sure there are several threads on here about it. Also you might want to check your cables and shifter adjustments.
