420A 2gNT Oil Catch Can question

I installed a catch can on mine just like in the picture posted above but I have oil coming out of the breather filter its blackened by oil. Now I don't understand because the catch can is supposed to catch the oil?
 
yea that's the right way i have it the same way and no problem with the breather filter, maybe you need to take the VC off and check if the little plate still on the back of the VC
 
Here is how I set mine up. As you can see I opted to retain the stock PCV valve.

Correct.



Just leave that as is, or remove it, cap the port on the intake and install a breather filter on the port on the valve cover.
Will that also vary with the oil catch can. Would you have to delete that in order for the catch can to function properly?
