Resolved 2GNT ECU Tuning options?

So I am relatively new on this platform of car as I came from the Cavalier/Sunfire Pushrod motor as my last race car but what are my options for tuning a stock 420A automatic ecu? I am trying to stretch RPMs out as well as to try and get "launch" speed out of it..

Is there an option to buy a already tuned ECU as a plug and play deal?

What are the rules for the class your racing in?
Are you permitted to swap ECU/PCMs?

we tend to have free reign on this as long as were not caught since there is not a way to police it. My class is pretty much a open class so we can do a lot of stuff to the cars.

Hahn Portfueler and Apexi make options as well. I dont know if Hahn Racecraft still makes them.
