The problem i'm having is that when I go from a gear in neutral and I shake the shift knob it hits something and it sometimes acts like its stuck then it moves around. It does this all the time. If anybody could help me with this problem that would be awesome.

I am assuming that you have never had your center console out and seen the shifter base. Therefore said your issue could be a number of little things, mainly bushings. Take an afternoon and take apart your center console. Familiarize your self with how the shifter throws and how the linkages work. There are plenty of posts on this website on how to change shifter base bushings, linkage bushings, etc. etc. Best part they are cheap fixes. I hope this helps you out man :hellyeah:

I took my center console out today and I started looking at everything and I really couldn't find anything wrong which I know something is. So, you think its my bushings?

go to the trans and look at the shifter cable bushings they usually come apart . i have seen it on neon transmissions and they have the same trans .

I have a 95 Eclipse RS 5 speed 420a engine.

I bought some Energy Suspension Shifter Bushings and I have no clue where they go. I know they are not the under the hood ones for the shifter cable. If you could tell me where they go and how to put them on that would be awesome. Here is the parts

If they are not for under the hood to replace the factory shifter bushings then they would be inside the car under the center console where the shifter assembly is.

On the base of the shift lever under the console. If you don't know where they go I'm assuming you don't know exactly what they do? Therefore what I the rational for the purchase? You can build these from washers at home depot of you look at the tech articles on the forums here....
