2g wont stay running - fuel issue?

Unfortunately need to resurrect this one... 20 miles on the new Walbro and looks like the car ate another pump?! Im stumped.

Pump is not kicking on. Whats the proper way to try to bypass everything and test the pump? Power at the pump and relay. Its a fresh rewire. Tried bypassing it and giving it 12v to see if I could get it to do anything and no luck. Maybe im missing something?
