Resolved 2G Where does this plug go?

I had to get my car towed from the mechanic due to storage fees. It wasn't done. I've pieced back together what I could and now I'm about ready to start her up. This will be the first time starting with the new motor. I believe it is a 1990 block and IM, and ported 2G head.

What plug is this supposed to go to (red circle)?

Does this line coming from the passenger firewall (red arrow) plug into the metal nipple seen just behind the factory boost control solenoid? Or?
