I went to the yunkyard n got me a 4g63 NT dipstick for my car, is just the same, but for some reason it holds better than the original that keep coming out everytime I hited boost
That just means it's newer and in better condition that your previous one. The rubber below the handle is what seals it off and what ultimately holds the dipstick in place in the tube. As that rubber gets older, it's shrivels and hardens and becomes less of a seal and retention device.

And as your motor get older and you get my blow by which means my crankcase pressure then you start lowing your dipstick out... also I'm pretty sure 6 bolt and 7 bolt dipsticks are a slightly different length

Nope, definitely not. My 7-bolt runs a 1G dipstick and it reads perfectly accurate.

well I had two dip sticks side by side once and they were different lengths, one cam from a 7 bolt the other I bought new for a 6 bolt from the dealer. They were about a 1/4 different in length one had a plastic top the other the metal one.

the one out of the 7bolt was off a car I bought so I guess who know where it actually came from.

Yes, they have different part numbers because they are different dipsticks. Interchangeable, not identical. One has a plastic handle, and the other coated steel. The size of the handle also makes up the difference in overal length.

If you have a 2G 7-bolt with the factory dipstick and it reads right on the full mark, you can swap it out for a 1G 6-bolt dipstick and it will also read the same oil level.

The 1g dipstick has a metal handle where the 2g is a cheap plastic that snaps after a while.
It also melts with a quickness with high underhood temps.
